Terms of Service

VIP is software infrastructure for publishers. Publishers control their publications, users, domains, stories, media, adverts, sources, audience data, and editorial workflow.

VOZRA does not approve, fact-check, endorse, or become the publisher of tenant publication content merely because it is created or hosted through VIP.

Publishers must ensure they have the rights and permissions needed for content they upload or publish, including text, images, logos, adverts, subscriber data, and third-party materials. Publishers are responsible for accuracy, legality, moderation, corrections, notices, and compliance with applicable laws.

We aim to operate VIP professionally, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, security work, provider outages, network issues, or events outside our control. We may update the platform to improve reliability, security, features, or compliance.

VOZRA owns VIP, including the software, platform design, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property. Publishers retain ownership of their own uploaded and published content, subject to the rights needed for VOZRA to host, display, process, back up, and operate that content through the service.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where accounts are unpaid, insecure, abusive, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise in serious breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
