Privacy Policy

Publishers use VIP to create, manage, and publish their own publications. Publishers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights, and editorial decisions behind their content and audience relationships.

VOZRA provides the software infrastructure and related support. VOZRA is not the editor or publisher of customer publication content unless we separately state that in writing for a specific VOZRA-owned publication.

We may process account details, login and security records, publisher profile settings, uploaded media, story metadata, audience or subscriber records entered into the platform, billing status, support messages, analytics events, and technical logs needed to operate VIP.

We use data to provide the service, secure accounts, separate publisher workspaces, process billing, troubleshoot support issues, improve platform reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. VOZRA should not receive or store full card numbers. We may also use hosting, storage, email, analytics, and security providers where needed to operate the service.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide VIP, maintain security records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy concerns, contact contact@vozragroup.com.
