Getting Started

Use this short checklist to prepare a publication for launch in VIP.

Publisher launch checklist

  1. Complete your publisher profile, branding, logo, sections, and Design Studio settings.
  2. Invite newsroom users and assign the right roles for admins, editors, journalists, advert managers, and viewers.
  3. Create your first story in the Stories dashboard.
  4. Add a featured image and inline media where the article needs visual context.
  5. Preview the story and check title, description, SEO fields, social image, and canonical URL.
  6. Publish when editorial review is complete.
  7. Configure a custom domain if your plan includes that entitlement and VOZRA has verified the DNS setup.
  8. Configure adverts, RSS sources, audience capture, and Newsroom Intelligence where available on your plan.
  9. Review analytics, storage usage, plan limits, and billing from the dashboard.

Before going live

Confirm the publication name, branding, domains, user roles, billing status, storage allowance, and key public pages before announcing the site.
